Who am I?
My name is Donald Weyand (WHY-and) Jr, I’m Deaf. I was born and raised in Ohio and currently living in Michigan. I’m a filmmaker and I make innovative content for all Deaf and Hard of Hearing audiences.

You’re probably wondering why I chose the name, “Light Bulb Productions.” If you go to a Deaf person's home, you will see that everyone tends to gather in the kitchen. But why? The kitchen is usually the brightest room in the house. That's why I believe a light bulb is a perfect symbol for the Deaf community because we get together under the bright light to communicate with each other.
